Most vendors, other than tack and equipment vendors, will be provided prime space in the bright, glass atrium that serves as the entry and exit point for all visitors to the DCU facility. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the atrium allow passersby on the street to clearly see vendor displays from outside the building. In addition, this area is separated from the show arena and stalling area by doors, keeping out any dust that might otherwise settle on your display.

Display set-up for the NEAC must be completed on Friday, November 11, 2011, between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. Booths must be manned at all times during show hours on Saturday and Sunday, November 12-13, 2011. Booths and displays may not be dismantled or removed from the venue prior to the show’s end on November 13th at 4:00 p.m.

Booth space is priced at: $200 per 10’ x 10’ space.

Vendors may rent tables (with or without skirts), if desired. Access to electricity is available at no additional charge. Unless rented pursuant to the Vendor Contract, vendors are responsible for supplying all equipment necessary for booths and displays, including tables, chairs, back drops, and extension cords. Wireless Internet access is available through the DCU, starting at $9.95.

Please register early! Space is limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. All merchandise, tables, chairs, and displays must be fully contained within designated booth space. Aisles must be kept clear.

To register for vendor space at the 2011 NEAC, please print and complete the Vendor Contract; mail the completed contract, along with full payment (checks payable to NEAOBA) to:
